Adoptable Animal Highlight - Tripp

Tripp (short for Tripod) is a neutered male German Shepherd mix, about 5 years young and 55lbs. Tripp was hit by a car, crushing his left front leg.  His best outcome was to have the leg amputated. But don’t let his disability fool you, Tripp is a puppy at heart! He is silly and playful and runs around the backyard with his foster sister, LuvBug. When he's not playing, you will find Tripp snoozing on the couch. Wherever you are, that’s where he wants to be. He has the cutest squeal when he's excited to see you! He is a very good boy looking for a home to be so spoiled in.

Tripp is leash-, potty- and crate-trained. He is good with small humans and other dogs. He should be watched around small animals; he has shown some prey drive with chickens, although he will listen when told leave them be.
