ASVT is offering a limited number of free (a refundable deposit is required) spay or neuter surgeries to our lower income community members. If you have a pet dog or cat that needs to be fixed, please read the information below, complete and submit the form.

The surgeries will be scheduled and performed at Texas Litter Control (TLC), a nonprofit high quality, low cost veterinary clinic. TLC has three surgery locations in upper Harris County:

• ​Spring - 586 Sawdust Rd, Spring TX 77380
• Tomball - 28439 Tomball Pkwy, Tomball TX 77375
• Humble - 19333 Eastex Fwy #230, Humble TX 77338

The spay/neuter surgery appointment includes:

• A Basic Vet Exam (preoperative blood work is not included)
• 24 Hour NSAIDs Injection During Surgery and 2 Days of NSAIDs (medication for pain and swelling) to take home
• A Microchip
• A rabies vaccine (required for surgery) if needed.

Cat surgery drop off is 7:00am; pick up is between 4:00 and 6:00pm
Dog surgery drop off is 7:30am; pick up is between 4:00 and 6:00pm
A refundable deposit will be collected prior to an appointment being scheduled.

• The deposit for dogs is $75.00 per pet; for cats is $50.00.
• The deposit can be paid by cash, check (payable to ASVT), PayPal ([email protected]) or Zelle ([email protected])
• Your deposit will be returned to you after ASVT receives the invoice for your pet's surgery.
