Complete and submit one application for each pet. An ASVT volunteer will contact you to make the appointment. We try our best to contact the pet owners as soon as the applications are received, but please give us at least 3 days to contact you.

Thank you for helping with our mission to reduce the number of unwanted pets in our area. Sterilization of pet animals is currently the best way to reduce the overpopulation in animal shelters and rescues. The worst way is euthanasia (killing) which happens too frequently in our area.
