Hi, my name is Courtney and about a little over a year ago I adopted Romeo from the Siouxland Humane Society. Just thought I'd let you know how how the renamed Reese is doing, he is the sweetest dog and is still shy around strangers but loves my parents dogs. Enjoys walks and getting treats from whoever comes to my house. He also has everyone including my vet puzzled as to his breed. (Any insight on that would be great) Thanks so much sending such a sweetheart my way. I also attached some pictures of his first day home to a current picture.
Thank you, Courtney, for the update on Romeo/Reese. He looks happy and healthy.
PUPPIES FOR ADOPTION🐾
These sweet babies were found in a Walmart parking lot on 7/26/2018 and dropped off at Montgomery Fire Department - Station 51. A Foster Mom has been taking care of all nine of them through Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas (ASVT) for almost a month now and they will be ready to adopt VERY SOON! There are 4 Females and 5 Males available (see photos below) we think they are Labrador/Black Cur Mixes and estimated to be about 6 weeks old (as of 8/24/2018).
If you are interested in being a forever family for one of these puppies, please visit asvtexas.org and fill out an Adoption Application💙

SWEET TAIL OF SUCCESS: We received this awesome update from the family that adopted Alvin, now Ricco. He was one of the 18 dogs that traveled to Sioux City, Iowa, from Texas. He was very shy when he arrived and as you can see he is doing amazingly well! Thank you so much for adopting and giving him a wonderful home. ❤️🐾
"He is now named Ricco--for his Rico Suave charm. Ricco is completely infatuated with his brother Rollie. We go to the local park each night and they run free and play together. He has gotten comfortable in our home very quickly, and we couldn't as for a better dog! Ricco was the perfect addition to our family; we are absolutely smitten with him!"
